Where are Get On The Sauce products made?

Get On The Sauce was born and bred in Wellington and is 100% Kiwi-owned — a genuine family business. Our sauces are made in New Zealand with natural ingredients and no artificial colours or preservatives. As we’ve grown, we’ve partnered with a New Zealand contract manufacturer to make our sauces at scale without dropping the quality.

Why does my 1kg pouch look different from the photos?

Our 1kg pouches currently ship in a silver label pouch while our fully branded black pouch is still in production. It’s the same sauce, same recipe and same design — just a different bag for now.

Do you deliver, and what’s your returns policy?

We ship across New Zealand, with shipping calculated at checkout (and free-shipping offers from time to time). If you’re not 100% happy, return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange. If anything arrives broken, send a photo to orders@getonthesauce.com and we’ll replace it free of charge.
